Sweet potato, squash & chestnut soup with toasted croutons.

Ham hock and chicken terrine, piccalilli warm toast and dressed leaves.

Salmon
Gravalax, cucumber ribbons with sesame, lemon, coriander oil, sweet pickled baby onions.


Main

Turkey
Shropshire turkey, sage and prune stuffing, chipolata & roast gravy.

Artichoke
Artichoke, goat cheese and walnut Wellington caramelised salsify, kale & cranberry & port jus.

Cod
Braised Leek, cauliflower puree, beurre blanc.

Beef
Roast topside of beef, Yorkshire pudding, mushroom duxelles, shallot, red wine jus.

All dishes are served with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables


Dessert

Trifle
Traditional sherry trifle, raspberry, peaches and strawberries, candied almonds.
