A range of guests including students and educators gathered at the Library of Birmingham for the Access to HE Celebration.
This evening was a chance to highlight students educational journeys and the role that Access to HE gives in supporting students in success in Higher Education. Both keynote speakers spoke about the importance of non-traditional educational jounrey, and the importance that Access to HE has had on students from all different backgrounds.
Brian May Learner Awards
One of our students, Libby Histed was honoured with the Outstanding Academic Achievement award for her hard work and excelllence in overcoming educational obstacles. She will be nominated for the national Keith Fletcher Awards following this.
