We wish to train a student from scratch in all aspects of the kitchen. We are a business that makes everything from raw ingredients, from ice creams, dressings to curing proteins, stocks. We are looking for someone to want to learn and make a difference.

  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, portioning meat, and measuring ingredients according to recipes
  • Basic Cooking: Support chefs by learning and performing basic cooking techniques like boiling, grilling, and sautéing under supervision
  • Working with meats and fish
  • Baking
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and organised, including washing utensils, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste
  • Stock Management: Assist with checking, organizing, and storing food supplies to ensure freshness and maintain proper stock levels
  • Learning & Development: Continuously develop cooking skills by observing senior chefs and receiving guidance, contributing to your culinary growth
