Who is it for?
A one year course, suitable for 17-19 year olds who wish to enter the fitness industry as a fitness instructor/Personal trainer.

Entry Requirements
5 GSCE’s at level 4 or above or equivalent.

What does the course involve?
There will be elements of both Theory and Practical, with the purpose of enabling learners to coach clients – one to one and in small groups – towards their health and fitness goals. Learners will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to plan and deliver creative and personalised exercise programmes, provide nutritional advice and support clients with their overall lifestyle management.

Completion of portfolio work, Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition Theory Multiple choice exam. Practical assessments
