Advice and Guidance

We recognise that taking a step into Higher Level study can be a bit daunting. To help you with this we have Learning Resource Centres at London Road and English Bridge campuses with dedicated HE resources and a Study Skills support programme.

The UCAS Tariff allows universities and colleges to compare the wide range of qualifications they see on their applications.

We really hope you never have any reason to be dissatisfied with the delivery of your course and/or the support we provide you with here at Shrewsbury Colleges Group, however, we are aware that sometimes things go wrong.

At Shrewsbury Colleges Group we understand that choosing the right course can be a difficult task. Some students might feel they are on the wrong course and may not even be in the right college or university for their needs.

Throughout the year we run several Taster Events and Advice Events, which are a great opportunity to come along to find out more about the course you are thinking of studying.

We know that higher education costs can be a barrier, so we have staff trained to give you the most up-to-date advice and guidance. Tuition fee loans are generally available to help you fund your studies, however the college can also offer payment plans to suit your circumstances.
