Two units are externally assessed by an online examination and the rest of the units are assessed by a series of assignments. Each unit will be graded as Pass, Merit or Distinction and the overall grade achieved at the end of the qualification will be determined by the individual unit grades. Students are required to complete and pass all components to achieve their qualification.

The Foundation T Level is a 16-19 study programme designed to develop the chosen sector's skills, experience, knowledge and behaviours to support progression.

- Gain an accredited Level 2 qualification

- Develop industry-relevant English and maths skills, as well as digital skills
- Continue working towards achieving a GSCE grade 4 in English and/or maths if you do not already have this

The T Level Foundation Course is designed to give you the skills and knowledge required to join the T Level in T Level in Digital, Production, Design, and Development. It provides you with skills valued by employers. This programme is not just an academic course. You will be 'hands-on' with computer hardware and digital development. This course is suitable for anyone wanting a career in the digital industry.

Entry Requirements
To study a T Level foundation programme, you will need a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade 3 including English or Maths at Grade 4 (or Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths) OR Aspiring Professional or relevant Level 1 qualification and English or Maths at Grade 4 or above (or Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths). Applicants should be ready to complete a work placement.
