  • Who is it for?

    By choosing to study the T Level in Digital, Production, Design & Development at SCG you will be signing up for the opportunity to get involved in practical projects such as developing websites, programming games, creating systems for business and creating digital graphics.

    You will engage with local employers all alongside a significant industry placement and preparation for assessment. Our computing and digital team is experienced in inspiring students to aim high to fulfil their potential and will provide pastoral support throughout the qualification.

    This T Level will provide the perfect opportunity for you to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of a wide range of digital and computing-related topics that will prepare you for progression to degree-level education at SCG or university, a higher apprenticeship or direct entry into employment.

  • Entry Requirements

    A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and maths, or a level 2 Diploma plus GCSEs or Functional Skills at level 2 in English and maths.

  • What does the course involve?

    Course Content The course will include the following topics:

    • Digital environments
    • Cyber security
    • Programming
    • Emerging technology & impact of digital
    • Management of data
    • Business context.

    Your study programme will consist of working towards the digital technical qualification, coding modules, projects, industry placement(s), trips and visits, speakers from industry and universities, preparation for progression and enrichment activities.
