Our Health & Social Care courses are ideal for those who are currently employed or seeking advancement in a variety of healthcare settings including the NHS, primary, secondary, and tertiary care, diagnosis, therapeutic inpatient and outpatient departments, theatres, GP practices, community settings, and rehabilitation services
You will gain skills, knowledge, and experience across the sector, preparing you for future study or training in healthcare-related disciplines.
You will complete at least 450 hours of work experience/placement in healthcare settings, as well as a PLAD portfolio (Practical Learning Assessment and Development), which will include reflections on placement/workplace learning and experiences, during the two-year course.
