Assessment is portfolio based with practical and written observations underpinning knowledge throughout the year. Evidence is gathered from your practical and theoretical classes. In practical sessions, you will be required to critically assess your own service standards along with continual feedback from your tutor. Peer assessment is also used to develop your classical skills and your general practice.
Every Level 3 student will be expected to develop skills in supervising and managing a small team. This is assessed through observation, peer teaching and feedback from your tutor.
