  • Who is it for?
    Do you want to bake bread like the professionals? We will help you to bake the best homemade bread in the business. If you’ve ever wished you could make your own bread, this is the course for you. Bake your way to success as you learn all about ingredients, kneading, proofing and shaping.
  • Entry Requirements
    It’s just for fun, but enthusiasm and a willingness to try new techniques is needed. No formal qualifications are required.
  • What does the course involve?
    This course will give you the basic skills and knowledge to help you understand the importance of the mixing, proving, shaping and cooking techniques for making fine artisan bread.

    Please bring an apron with you (all other equipment is provided).
