It’s just for fun, but enthusiasm and a willingness to try new techniques is needed. No formal qualifications are required.

What does the course involve?
This course will give you the basic skills and knowledge to help you understand the importance of the mixing, proving, shaping and cooking techniques for making fine artisan bread.
