Entry Requirements
No prior knowledge is required for this course as it starts from scratch and assumes no previous experience, however an understanding of basic electrical/electronic principles would be an advantage.

What does the course involve?
The course aims to be very practical, working on actual FANUC robotic cells, as we believe the best way to learn is to do it! Every delegate works on their own training equipment, enabling you to get the most from the course. The aim of this course is for delegates to develop the understanding and skills needed to prepare and use industrial robots.
The course covers items such as:
- Working safely, complying with health and safety legislation, regulations and other relevant guidelines
- Structure/Component that make up a robot
- Types of robots available and their application
- Programming/coding for robots, such as use of Pendants and point-to-point programming
- Routine maintenance and fault finding
