Level 2 Award in Eyelash and Eyebrow Treatments

This is a nationally recognised qualification for anyone designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills required for success in level 2 eye treatments consisting of lash and brow tinting and brow shape.  After this course you could work in a salon carrying out lash/brow tinting and brow shaping, self-employed or maybe complete other beauty therapy courses.

A passion for beauty therapy/ good communication skills and willing to receive eye treatments and practice techniques with peers. Have a willingness to carry out treatments on the public. Have additional time to study at home.

As part of this course, you will learn relevant health and safety, client care and communication, anatomy and physiology and eye lash tinting, brow tinting and eyebrow shaping.

The work will be assessed continually through a variety of formative and summative assessments on peers and clients with constructive feedback throughout the course allowing you to build confidence and skill.  You will also be required to build a portfolio of evidence to show competence. There is also a written assignments and online exams to complete in all units.

A uniform will be required for this course.

Continual at home practice will be required.
