Who is it for?
This course opens a range of opportunities to develop existing patisserie skills for use at home.

Entry Requirements
No formal qualifications are required, however an interest in making pastry products to a professional standard would be beneficial.

What does the course involve?
In our skills kitchen, you will learn first-hand from our chef lecturer who will give industry hints and tips on how to make choux pastry and sweet pastry to a professional standard. Suitable for profiteroles, eclairs, and frangipane tarts to impress your friends and family.
