Ofqual have announced this afternoon (Monday 17th August) that they will now award grades on the basis of what teachers submitted through the Centre Assessed Grades (CAGs).
Students will now be able to have the College submitted grades (CAGs) for their subjects OR the moderated grade that they received on Thursday, whichever is higher. The CAGs are available for students to view through their Pro-Portal. The CAGs are available in a separate report that can be found in the same location as the results report in Pro-Portal. It’s called: CAG - Statement of Centre Assessed Grades.
Currently, we do not know how the CAGs will be applied, but we will advise students as soon as we know further details. We are available to support applications by students to their university choices.
