The latest update as at 2pm is as follows:
The college has been made aware of several issues with the local transport network due to the weather conditions. To date, we are aware that the following issues:
- Diversion on X10/X10a/X7 between Telford and Shrewsbury but the service is running
- X75 Shrewsbury to Welshpool and Newtown and surrounding areas has been cancelled until further notice
- Bishops Castle route bus service operated by Minsterley will be back up and running as normal from 2pm
- College bus services have the following amended leaving times:

- This service has already left – please contact Student Services if you usually use this service
- Bridgnorth Bus Service
- This service has already left – please contact Student Services if you usually use this service
- Ludlow Bus Service
- This service has already left – please contact Student Services if you usually use this service
- Lakeside Coaches service
- 2.30pm Oswestry
- 2.30pm Telford x2
- 2.30pm Whitchurch
- Powys Bus Service
- Currently, the following roads are closed due to flooding:
- A4117 from Cleobury Mortimer to Ludlow
- A458 at Much Wenlock
- Trains between Shrewsbury and Telford are experiencing severe disruption – alternative travel arrangements need to be made
- Transport for Wales trains are experiencing severe disruption– please check the TfW website for further details on other routes
We will contact students who are directly affected by the transport issue and advise accordingly.
